Circa £18,360 per annum

 

Share of Gratuities (Circa £200 per month)

Our client operates a stunning 5* Hotel property in the historic city of Bath. This Hotel offers everything you would expect from a refined Hotel to an exceptional standard. This is definitely the property in which to enjoy the best that Bath has to offer. 

 

The role

 

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to take this exciting role, working with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth running of this department.

 

As Restaurant Supervisor you will responsible for:

 

• Assisting in the management of the day to day F&B service.


• Assisting with the coaching and training of staff within the department.


• Ensuring that service levels are maintained and guest expectations exceeded.


• Offering attentive and exact service to all guests.

 

This is the perfect opportunity to work with refined food in these smart surroundings.

 

This role would involve a variety of shifts including early starts, late finishes, weekends and bank holidays.

 

What We Are Looking For

 

Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

 

• Previous experience with in a refined professional environment.


• Ability to provide a great service to all guests.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Front facing individuals with a passion for hospitality.
