School Administrator (Reception)

Please note that this position will initially be based at our temporary site in the BL2 area and then would at the Crompton Way site when the Sixth Form building is complete.

Due to a recent expansion creating our own Reception area our Trustees are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and reliable Administrator to be the first point of contact for visitors, staff and students. You will be required to provide a positive and welcoming reception and have a professional, courteous and respectful style.

You will:

Be an able to work independently and as part of an effective team

Literate and numerate

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Be prepared to contribute to all aspects of school life
