We're recruiting for a Store Manager to lead a popular fashion and lifestyle store in Aldeburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a store, lead a team and drive sales for a well-established retail brand offering quality clothing and accessories.

The role: Store Manager

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring commercial targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of customer service, team performance and store presentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating a team to deliver sales targets and excellent customer service.

• Managing the daily operations of the store, including staffing, rotas and administration.

• Driving sales, monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve performance.

• Coaching and developing colleagues, supporting their growth and progression.

• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation.

• Creating a welcoming, engaging shopping experience and building customer loyalty.

• Ensuring operational procedures and company standards are consistently followed.

What we're looking for

• Previous retail management experience, ideally as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager ready to step up.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.

• A commercial mindset and experience driving sales and achieving retail KPIs.

• A genuine passion for customer service and delivering a positive shopping experience.

• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.

• A hands-on approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy retail environment.

• Someone who takes ownership, leads by example and enjoys being part of a team.
