Hampton College is seeking an exceptional leader to become our next Head of School (Primary Phase). This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving all-through school within the highly successful Hampton Academies Trust and build upon the strong foundations established over many years.

The Primary Phase is a successful and inclusive school community where pupils achieve strong outcomes and are supported by a talented, dedicated team of staff. Recent successes include an 80% pass rate in the Year 1 Phonics Screening Check and an impressive 75% combined attainment at the expected standard at Key Stage 2.

As Head of School, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership for the two form entry Primary Phase, driving excellence in teaching and learning, championing high expectations for every child, and fostering a culture where staff and pupils can flourish. Working closely with the Executive Headteacher, Head of School (Secondary Phase), governors and trust leaders, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the school and contributing to the wider success of the Trust.

This role will suit an existing Headteacher looking for a new challenge, or an experienced and accomplished senior leader ready to take the next step into headship.
