Michelle Denny Recruitment is working with Sprake & Kingsley in Bungay to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor or equivalent qualified legal professional.

For someone who enjoys the personal side of private client work, this is an opportunity to join a firm where building relationships and taking the time to understand clients really matters.

Sprake & Kingsley has been part of the local community for generations, providing legal advice to individuals and families across the area. Their Private Client team places particular importance on approachable, face-to-face service and developing lasting client relationships.

What you'll be doing

You'll manage a varied private client caseload, including:

• Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning

• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney

• Trust creation, maintenance and administration

• Preparing probate applications

• Managing estate administration matters

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

You'll have the opportunity to manage your own caseload while working collaboratively with colleagues and continuing to develop your expertise.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone with at least three years' post-qualification experience, or equivalent relevant experience, in private client law.

You'll be confident handling a range of private client matters, with strong organisational skills and the ability to explain legal issues clearly and sensitively.

Just as importantly, you'll enjoy getting to know your clients, understand the value of a personal approach and take pride in providing a high standard of service.
