Delivering to stores throughout the UKSecuring loads using straps and barsManual handlingAs an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for Store deliveries, trunking goods to client stores throughout the UK.
Available shifts are:4 on 4 off days4on 4 off nightsMonday to Friday Days (every other Saturday)Monday to Friday Nights (every other Saturday)Tuesday to Saturday DaysTuesday to Saturday NightsSunday to Thursday DaysSunday to Thursday NightsWeekends onlyHGV Class 1 Driver RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must:
Hold a valid Class 1 / C+E licenceHold a valid Tacho Card and CPCHave no more than 6 points on your licenceHave no DD, DR, TT or IN endorsementsBe comfortable with manual handling and securing loads
Assessment: Approximately 3 hours (unpaid)HGV Class 1 Driver PAYE dynamic rates are:
Days £19.51 per hourNights £ 21.82 per hourOT after 43.75 weekly hours £29.26 per hourSaturday £22.75 per hourSunday £23.84 per hourpaid breaks
