Housekeeper/Operator

Blue Arrow are looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeping/Operator to support a busy operational site on behalf of our client. This is a hands-on position involving a mixture of general housekeeping, site support and operational duties.

Full time- Mon-Fri 8 am - 5pm

Key responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out jet washing and cleaning across designated areas of the site.
• General housekeeping duties, helping to maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Picking and sorting materials as required.
• Carrying out Banksman duties, helping to support the safe movement of vehicles and machinery around the site. Full Banksman training will be provided.
• Assisting with general operational duties as required by the site team.
• Following site procedures and health and safety requirements while carrying out duties.
• Working as part of the wider team to support the smooth running of day-to-day site operations.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
• Happy to undertake physical and outdoor duties, including cleaning and general housekeeping.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Safety-conscious and willing to follow site instructions and procedures.
• Previous experience within an industrial, waste, warehouse, construction or operational environment would be
