Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional patient care within a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward.
• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to promote the best patient outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in line with clinical governance.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to provide responsive care.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout their stay, adjusting care plans as necessary.

Location:

Oadby, Leicester, East Midlands

Rates:

• Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
• Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
• Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
• Contract Type: Inside IR35

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience working within surgical or orthopaedic settings.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
