Chief Compliance Officer

Our client, an established and growing biopharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer to lead its global compliance program and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board of Directors. This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing and continuously strengthening the organization's compliance and enterprise risk management programs while fostering a culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability across the business. The Chief Compliance Officer will partner closely with senior leadership to integrate compliance into strategic decision-making, oversee compliance policies, training, monitoring, auditing, investigations, and regulatory risk management, and ensure the organization remains aligned with evolving healthcare, data privacy, anti-corruption, antitrust, and other regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will bring 12+ years of corporate compliance experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, a proven ability to advise executive leadership and Board-level committees, and exceptional judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
