What You'll Be Doing

As a Call Handler, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients by:

• Making outbound calls to patients awaiting appointments (these are warm calls only; no cold calling involved)
• Booking patients into appointments and ensuring a smooth customer journey
• Handling customer queries via telephone, digital channels, and administrative tasks
• Providing a professional, friendly, and empathetic service at all times
• Taking ownership of customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Accurately updating and maintaining customer records and data
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional service standards

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer literacy and keyboard skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Basic Maths and English skills

Desirable:

• Previous customer service experience, either over the phone or face-to-face
• Experience within a contact centre, bookings, administration, or healthcare environment
