Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a surgical and orthopaedic environment.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care for patients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with hospital policies.
• Assess patient conditions and provide necessary interventions to promote recovery.
• Provide guidance and emotional support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.

Location:

Wrexham, Clwyd, North Wales

Rates:

• Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
• Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
• Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
• Contract Type: Inside IR35

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward setting.
• Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
