Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients on a surgical and orthopaedic ward.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform patient assessments, identifying needs and implementing care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, recovery processes, and post-care needs.

Location:

Bushey, Hertfordshire

Rates:

• Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
• Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
• Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
• Contract Type: Inside IR35

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
• Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
