Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care to patients undergoing surgical and orthopaedic treatments.
- Work closely with doctors, physiotherapists, and other specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Accurately record patient information and treatment progress.
- Respond promptly to any changes in a patient’s condition, ensuring effective care delivery.
- Ensure patient comfort and dignity is maintained throughout their hospital stay.
Location:
Macclesfield, Cheshire
Rates:
- Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
- Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
- Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
