This is a brand new permanent vacancy joining a leading property company, with an excellent reputation throughout Tunbridge Wells and across Kent, working on high-quality residential property lettings and management.

Based in the heart of Tunbridge Wells– you will be a key part of a growing team, supported to build a long-term career.

Day-to-day, you will take on a busy and varied role working alongside the Lettings Manager, tasked with delivering elite-level service to landlords and tenants throughout lettings processes, and maximising occupancy levels.

Duties may range from:

Managing landlord and tenant enquiries by phone, email and in person.
Registering applicants, qualifying requirements and providing expert advice.
Conducting viewings and rental valuations.
Marketing properties and generating new business opportunities.
Matching applicants to suitable properties and negotiating offers.
Progressing lets from enquiry through to move-in.
Preparing tenancy documentation and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
Maintaining strong client relationships and accurate CRM records.
