The Etail Coordinator will work closely with the Etail Manager and National Accounts Controller to help execute & deliver the online strategy. They will have ownership of three Pure Player online accounts, managing the account relationships for ASOS, Debenhams, Very. Involving building joint business plans, managing commercial calendars, securing marketing coverage for new product launches and core product ranges, with the aim to increase brand awareness, drive retail growth, and grow market share. They will be responsible for each account’s wholesale targets and own relationships with merchandisers to secure core replenishment and new product orders. They will foster positive cross-functional relationships – managing external and internal stakeholder relationships across in Buying, Merchandising, Marketing & PR etc.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

• Ownership for three wholesale accounts, responsibilities include leading commercial negotiations, managing retail forecasting and tracking wholesale performance to meet financial targets
• Developing tailored and strategic Joint Business Plans aligned with category trends and brand vision to achieve short and long-term retail growth targets
• Organising regular strategy sessions to present commercial & marketing calendar plans to internal and external stakeholders
• Working with internal marketing teams to secure high-impact retail exposure
• Execute digital marketing strategies to maximise return on investment
• Working closely with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure accuracy in pricing and product details across all accounts
• Liaise with Operations team to ensure sufficient stock holding across accounts
• Continuously monitor account’s websites, conducting merchandising and content crawls to optimise brand visibility
• Fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Track and analyse data to uncover strategic opportunities and drive innovation, outlining future strategy based on results
• Analyse the performance of samples to inform future plans

Qualifications

Key Skills:

• 4+ years’ experience in results-driven E-Commerce environment
• Strong commercial drive with a proven track record of delivering ambitious targets
• Knowledge and understanding of the E-Retail landscape
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of / passion for, the beauty industry preferred
