Mobile Vehicle Technician

• Locations: Corby/ North London/ Bath/ Southend on Sea
• Circa £40k Basic Salary
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm - No Weekends
• Company Van + Tools Provided

Monday Matters Recruitment is working with a leading name in the automotive industry to recruit a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their growing national team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new department within a well-established automotive business, offering a varied role where no two days are the same. If you're a qualified Vehicle Technician who enjoys working independently, solving problems and delivering excellent customer service, this could be the perfect next step in your career.   The Role: As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will travel to support customers, carrying out vehicle servicing, repairs and diagnostics to ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out general vehicle servicing and repairs within your qualifications.
• Diagnosing mechanical faults and undertaking electrical diagnostics where required.
• Completing repairs in line with approved methods and manufacturer standards.
• Carrying out warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensuring vehicles are repaired and restored to their original condition.
• Completing all relevant documentation accurately and following company procedures.
• Providing a professional, customer-focused service when interacting with customers face to face.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic or Mechanical Inspector.
• A City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• A full, valid UK driving licence held for a minimum of two years.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• A professional manner and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
