Working closely with farm managers, youll balance bird welfare and regulatory requirements with the efficient and cost-effective running of multiple sites.Youll support farm teams in delivering best practice, maintaining audit readiness and identifying opportunities to improve processes, control costs and optimise performance across the region.For someone who enjoys influencing results through people, process and sound commercial judgement, this role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact across a multi-site farming operation. What the role involves:Ensuring compliance with health and safety, welfare, biosecurity and industry assurance standards.Supporting cost control through effective management of labour, resources and operational expenditure. Building strong working relationships with farm managers and site teams to drive accountability and performance. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and embed best practice across multiple sites. Leading farm audits and maintaining readiness for Red Tractor, environmental and internal compliance requirements.Monitoring operational performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where required. Supporting employee performance, development and workforce planning activities.Contributing to the continuous improvement of operational standards, productivity and commercial outcomes. What Were Looking For:Youre from a poultry, livestock or wider meat supply chain background, with experience in compliance, efficiency, animal welfare and commercial performance.Comfortable working across multiple sites and with competing priorities.Proven team leadership experience is preferred, although aspiring leaders are encouraged to apply.
