Cover Supervisor

We are currently building a talent pool to meet ongoing staffing needs across the region for a dynamic Temporary Industry company. We are seeking a dedicated Temp Cover Supervisor to join our client’s team. This role involves overseeing and supporting guest activities, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of safety and service. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Cover Supervisor capacity, with a background in educational or similar supervisory environments. The role is ongoing, offering a daily rate of £110-£115, and requires a proactive approach to managing tasks and liaising effectively with staff and clients. Requirements: - Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role - Strong organisational and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to adapt to varied shifts and responsibilities - Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism - Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check Summary: This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking ongoing work in a supportive environment.
