To be successful in this Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Surveyor position, you will ideally demonstrate:

  • Property Services experience: A proven background in social housing, planned maintenance, housing refurbishment or a similar property maintenance environment.
  • Planned works knowledge: Experience delivering or commercially managing programmes involving kitchens and bathrooms, roofing, windows, doors, component replacement or similar housing improvement works.
  • Strong commercial capability: A solid understanding of cost control, valuations, variations, subcontractor management, financial reporting and commercial performance.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams: Confidence handling high volumes of work, detailed data and reporting requirements, while maintaining commercial control across several packages or programmes.
  • The right level of experience: An established Project Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, or an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can demonstrate they are genuinely ready to step up into a project-level role.

This is an opportunity to join a leading national contractor with an established and growing Property Services division, offering a varied programme of planned maintenance works, a strong pipeline of projects and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.

Offering £65,000–£75,000 for the right person, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your Property Services career with a leading national contractor.
