About the role

A short term opportunity has arisen for a versatile Building Services Technician to join our friendly facilities team in the Department of Physiology, Development and Neuroscience, providing an efficient and reliable service to our buildings located in central Cambridge.

The role holder will provide day to day maintenance across our two buildings which consist of laboratories, classrooms, offices and lecture theatres. The role holder will support the team with planned and reactive maintenance of our buildings to ensure the provision of a safe, legal and compliant working environment. The successful candidate will have good organisational and prioritising skills, as well as excellent problem solving and fault-finding skills.
