Main Responsibilities

• Ensuring all coffee served meets company standards.
• Proactive task execution, working efficiently and independently.
• Maintaining a clean and safe coffee machine and equipment.
• Upholding cleanliness standards behind the bar and around the espresso machine.
• Complying with health and safety standards.
• Following all compliance and company standards.
• Providing support to team members.
• Positive and respectful communication with all team levels.
