Picking and Packing Operative – Wrexham

• Location: Wrexham
• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Working Hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm
• Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Picking and Packing Operative to join a busy operation in Wrexham. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team and being in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking products accurately in line with orders and picking lists.
• Packing items securely and correctly, ready for dispatch.
• Checking products and quantities to ensure orders are accurate and complete.
• Moving stock and materials around the warehouse as required.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working area throughout the working day.
• Following warehouse procedures and health and safety guidelines.
• Handling products carefully to prevent damage and maintain quality standards.
• Working alongside colleagues to ensure daily targets and deadlines are met.
• Reporting stock discrepancies, damaged goods or any issues to an appropriate person.
• Following instructions from supervisors and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day warehouse operations.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, picking and packing or logistics role would be beneficial.
