Band 5 PA:

Band 5 Personal Assistant- Temporary for 3 months- Up to £15.89 per hour

Cherry Professional are pleased to be working with their public sector client to recruit a Band 5 PA to based out of their busy Head Office in Nottingham. The purpose of the role is to provide a high standard of personal assistance to a Board of Executive Directors – maintaining a efficient and consistant level of work at all times.

Responsibilities

Deal with sometimes complex enquiries from a wide range of organisations and individuals in a professional and sensitive manner
Undertake/support specific project and ad hoc work on behalf of the Executive Directors and/or the Executive Assistant as required
Manage the Executive Directors’ diaries
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail on behalf of the Executive Director
To review and where appropriate, action all incoming email on behalf of the Executive Directors
To service and minute the meetings of the Board’s Committees
Draft presentations
Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence and annual leave.

Ideal Person

Recent substantial experience of working as a PA at Director/Senior Manager level.
Previous experience of working in healthcare is extremely desirable
Experience of coordinating multiple tasks with competing demands simultaneously
Experience of working to very tight deadlines
Experience of servicing and taking minutes are essential
