Job Summary

We are looking for reliable, hardworking General Warehouse Operatives to join our team based in Enfield. The successful candidates will support daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading goods, picking and packing orders, organising stock, and ensuring that goods are handled safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Sort, label and organise goods within the warehouse.
• Check deliveries and stock for accuracy and damage.
• Move goods and materials to designated storage areas.
• Assist with stock control and inventory checks.
• Ensure all goods are handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised warehouse environment.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets.

Requirements

• Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying goods.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential.
