Learning Support Officer

We are currently building a talent pool to fulfil ongoing requirements across the region for a Temp Learning Support Officer role with one of our esteemed SET Education clients. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting primary education, helping students achieve their full potential. The role involves working closely with teachers and pupils to provide tailored support within the classroom setting, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with lesson preparation, supporting individual or small groups of students, and implementing learning plans as directed. • Experience as a Learning Support Assistant, specifically within Primary education
• Good understanding of primary curriculum and pupil needs
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Relevant DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one
