As a General Assistant at Archview Lodge Care Home, you will carry out a wide range of tasks to help provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. Because this is a diverse, wide-reaching role, you will take on responsibilities across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering—directly helping to create a warm, welcoming, and homely environment.

Your day-to-day impact will include:

• Supporting various departments, including housekeeping, laundry, and catering

• Building positive, meaningful professional relationships with residents and putting their needs first

• Ensuring the home remains clean, safe, and comfortable for everyone
