Apply now As the Contract Manager in Slough, you'll oversee integrated facilities services across six UK sites, with particular focus on the Slough and Altrincham locations. You'll lead the engineering team and work with client stakeholders to maintain safe, compliant services.The Role
As the Contract Manager, you'll:
- Oversee day-to-day facilities management services across six UK sites.
- Lead, develop and motivate a multi-skilled engineering team.
- Act as the primary contact for key client stakeholders.
- Maintain contractual compliance, health and safety standards, and service quality.
- Monitor financial performance and identify efficiencies and cost savings.
- Drive continuous improvement and support strategic planning across the portfolio.
To be successful as the Contract Manager, you'll have:
- Essential: Proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar facilities management leadership role.
- Essential: Experience managing engineering or facilities management teams.
- Essential: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Essential: Excellent commercial awareness and financial understanding.
- Essential: Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
- Essential: Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- £60,000 per annum, with some flexibility based on experience and skills.
- 20% annual bonus opportunity.
- Car allowance.
- Permanent, full-time position based primarily in Slough.
- Monday to Friday working pattern.
