LEAD RISK REPORTING ANALYST
London (Hybrid) | Up to £85,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing financial services business investing heavily in data, analytics, and reporting transformation. You’ll play a key role in portfolio and impairment analytics while helping modernise reporting capabilities through Power BI, automation, and the adoption of new technologies.
The Company
They are a well-established specialist financial services organisation with a strong track record of growth and profitability. Their analytics function is central to business decision-making, with dedicated teams across credit risk, IFRS 9 modelling, and validation.
The Role
- Deliver portfolio and impairment analytics to support credit risk decision-making
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Automate reporting and analytical processes to improve efficiency
- Generate insights into portfolio performance and credit trends
- Support the migration of reporting processes from SAS to modern BI tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Finance, and Analytics
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in credit risk, portfolio analytics, or impairment analytics
- Proven experience building Power BI dashboards from scratch
- Experience automating reporting and analytical processes
- Strong SAS and SQL skills
- Understanding of IFRS 9 and credit risk reporting
- Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative approach and strong professional drive
