About the role
Commercial & Data Protection Solicitor – Exeter, Devon
This excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial & Data Protection Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked firm.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice on:
- Commercial & Data Protection work
- Drafting & negotiating IT contracts
- Commercial contract management
- Data protection compliance & policy drafting
You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, professional contacts and referrers whilst working closely with colleagues across the wider department.
What Experience Do You Need?
- 3+ years' PQE as a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Data Protection experience
- Commercial contracts experience
