Physiotherapist

Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified and experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the musculoskeletal team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessment and treatment for adults with musculoskeletal conditions, supporting recovery, function, and independence within a multidisciplinary environment.

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for adults with musculoskeletal conditions.

• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans and rehabilitation programmes to optimise patient outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care.

• Provide guidance and support to junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students.

• Participate in service evaluation, audit, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of clinical practice.

• Engage in continuing professional development and reflective practice to maintain and enhance specialist musculoskeletal knowledge and skills.
