The Role

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload with appropriate supervision, depending on experience
• Handling a range of transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters where required
• Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements
• Delivering a high standard of client care and service

Key Responsibilities

• Running a residential conveyancing caseload appropriate to your level of experience
• Assisting with more complex transactions as required
• Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
• Reviewing title documents and search results
• Liaising with all parties to ensure smooth progression of matters
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining accurate file management and records
• Meeting deadlines and contributing to team targets

About You

The ideal candidate will be motivated, organised, and eager to develop their career. You will have:

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) with relevant experience
• Experience in residential conveyancing (including during training or prior roles)
• Strong interest in property law
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Willingness to learn and develop within a supportive team
