Job Description

We are recruiting for a passionate Weddings & Events Supervisor who can help support and uplift a Food and Beverage team.

This role is a hands on operational role which includes many different shifts such as late nights and weekends. The job is not an managerial office based role, when running and operating weddings and events.

As a Weddings and Events Supervisor your role will include but not limited to:

• Working in line with our sales team to ensure a smooth transition from time of enquiry to time of completion of the event.


•  Meeting and greeting clients to develop a long lasting relationship.


• To set up and down of all function rooms inline with the event requirements.


• Assisting with all operations: conferencing, weddings and banqueting on site.


• Supporting the conference and banqueting team in delivering a first class service.

 

Essential / Beneficial:

• Excellent maths and English


• Hotel / hospitality background


• Team leader experience.


• Knowledge of Opera, preferred but not essential


• Microsoft office – word, excel, outlook etc.
