Night Support Worker – Make a Real Difference Every Night Compassion, companionship and care for a gentleman with a big heart Are you a kind, patient and caring person who enjoys making a genuine difference to someone’s life? We’re looking for a Night Support Worker to join a friendly care team supporting a warm and witty gentleman in his late 50s who lives with Multi System Atrophy (MSA) in the beautiful village of Winkleigh. He lives at home with his loving family, a very friendly dog and two curious cats — and family time is incredibly important to him. We’re looking for someone who can provide more than just practical care. Someone who brings kindness, warmth and a sense of humour, and who can help him feel comfortable, supported and valued in his own home. As a Night Support Worker, you’ll provide dedicated one-to-one support throughout the night, helping with: Personal care Medication Mobility and physical support You’ll work as part of a consistent, trusted care team , supporting the same person each week and building a positive relationship over time. And you won’t be expected to know everything from day one. We provide full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support from our Care Manager , so you’ll feel confident and supported in your role. Shifts Available: Waking Night shifts run from 8 PM to 8 AM 2 shifts a week Please note due to a rural location, we are seeking drivers for this position. In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
