About the role

Join Southampton City Council as a Team Manager in Adults’ Services, leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults with complex needs.

Provide effective leadership, supervision, and professional oversight, ensuring all statutory duties under the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and safeguarding frameworks are delivered to a high standard.
