Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Support children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain accurate observations and learning records.
Ensure the nursery provides a safe, clean, and inclusive environment.
Promote safeguarding and follow all nursery policies and procedures.
Encourage children's independence, confidence, and social development.

Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children's development.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Right to work in the UK.
