Immediate Starts Available

We are currently recruiting reliable and customer-focused Van Drivers to join a busy home delivery operation delivering home improvement products to customers throughout the region.

This is a varied role where successful candidates will spend 3 days per week driving and 2 days per week working as a Driver’s Mate, assisting with deliveries and providing excellent customer service.

Pay Rates

PAYE

• £13.50 per hour – Monday to Friday
• £20.25 per hour – Saturday
• £27.00 per hour – Sunday

PAYE Advance

• £15.12 per hour – Monday to Friday
• £22.69 per hour – Saturday
• £30.25 per hour – Sunday

The Role

• Deliver home improvement and household products to residential customers.
• Work as a Van Driver for 3 days per week.
• Work as a Driver’s Mate for 2 days per week, assisting with loading, unloading, and carrying goods into customers’ homes.
• Complete deliveries safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Provide exceptional customer service on every delivery.
• Heavy lifting is required, so applicants must be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.

Shift Patterns Available

• Tuesday to Saturday
• Sunday to Thursday

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ continuous van driving experience.
• No gaps in employment exceeding 3 months within the last 6 months.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, or IN endorsements).
• Willingness to work as both a Van Driver and Driver’s Mate.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, professional, and flexible approach to work.
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
