Keystage 2 (KS2) Teacher

We are currently seeking an experienced Year 5/6 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the heart of Baldock. The successful candidate will be available to start from January 2027, although an earlier start may be considered for the right person.
The school would ideally like to appoint a teacher with previous experience of teaching in Upper Key Stage 2, particularly Years 5 and 6. However, they are happy to consider strong applicants with relevant primary teaching experience who can demonstrate excellent classroom practice and a commitment to helping pupils achieve their full potential.
Due to the level of support currently available within the school, applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are not being considered for this role. Having recently appointed several ECTs, the school is now looking to strengthen the team with an experienced practitioner who can make an immediate impact.
