20 hours a week over 4 or 5 days, working hours to be between 9am and 4pm – (to be discussed at interview)

Thomasson Memorial Sensory Support service supports children and young people (0-25) with hearing loss, visual impairment or a multi sensory impairment across the Bolton.

We require an Administrator who is enthusiastic, hard-working and able to use their own initiative, in addition to having a friendly and positive attitude which will enable them to fit in with our dedicated staff team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
• Competent user of office packages word, excel, outlook etc
• Ability to multi task & to work as part of a team
• Be hard working and able to use your own initiative
• Contribute to the overall ethos, work and aims of the service
• British Sign Language Level 1 or the willingness to learn
• Any other duties relevant to the post
