About the role
Business Analyst (Contract)
Location: Telford (hybrid, with only occasional time on site)
Contract: Initial 6-month contract
Start date: ASAP
About the role
We are recruiting Business Analysts to join a small team on a large-scale change programme with a major UK financial services organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document requirements, writing user stories in Jira
- Own and manage specific workstreams within a small team
- Work with third parties to support the delivery of change across business areas and products
- Engage stakeholders and SMEs, including colleagues based in Edinburgh
- Contribute to target operating model design
About you
Essential
- Proven BA experience on large-scale migration, integration, change or transformation projects
- Strong requirements-writing skills and Jira experience
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to work independently
- Experience working with third parties on complex delivery
Desirable
- Life and pensions knowledge (a significant advantage)
- Target operating model experience
- Finance, investment operations or actuarial background
