About the Role
We are seeking to appoint to the role of Digital Solutions Technician.
As a key member of the E-commerce & Digital Solution Team, this role is integral to YPO’s Digital Technology function. The successful candidate will be involved in digital transformation projects, supporting the team to develop new solutions, develop existing solutions whilst maintaining a technical background looking after cloud hosted servers and the security & reliability of the YPO website.
This post is subject to the Fluency Duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016. The post-holder is required to demonstrate an appropriate level of fluency under the duty as detailed within the job description and specification for the post.
About You
As YPO continues to expand, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Drawing from the skills and experience section of the Job Description, we seek someone who has:
- Extensive knowledge of ecommerce platforms, website development technologies, and integrations.
- Experience working with web applications, APIs, SQL databases, and digital support technologies.
- Strong skills in problem solving, software and website testing, data analysis, and communicating technical information to a range of audiences.
- An understanding of digital service delivery, ecommerce operations, and the technologies that support a reliable and effective online customer experience.
