Job Introduction
Are you a hands-on warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to get the best out of people?
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Nights Manager to lead our busy night operation, driving performance, efficiency and high standards across the team.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and developing Team Leaders and warehouse teams.
- Ensuring accurate picking, loading and on-time despatch.
- Driving productivity, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Managing labour costs, resources and operational performance.
- Championing Health & Safety, food safety and operational standards.
- Working closely with Transport and other departments to deliver excellent customer service.
What we're looking for:
A confident, visible and proactive leader with strong warehouse management experience, excellent people skills and a hands-on approach. Someone who takes ownership, makes decisions and leads by example.
