Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Digital Content Producer role. This position involves creating engaging, high-quality digital content to support brand initiatives, enhance audience engagement, and maintain a consistent voice across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, produce, and edit compelling digital content including articles, videos, social media posts, and multimedia assets.
• Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of digital campaigns and updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with organisational goals and branding guidelines.
• Monitor analytics to evaluate content performance and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Maintain consistency in tone and style across all digital platforms while adhering to accessibility best practices.
• Stay current with digital content trends and emerging technology to continuously improve content quality and engagement.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in producing digital content across a variety of formats and platforms.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with content management systems and social media management tools.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to learning new digital tools and industry trends.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to translate organisational messaging into engaging content.
