Job Title: Paid Social Account Manager
Salary: up to £45k
Location: C. London (4 day per week in office)

The Opportunity

• Lead paid social activity for a prestigious global luxury brand, delivering campaigns across 50+ international markets.

• Shape innovative, brand-building social strategies that drive awareness, engagement and long-term brand affinity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end paid social campaigns, primarily across Meta, from planning and activation to optimisation and reporting.

• Build trusted client relationships, providing strategic recommendations and actionable performance insights.

• Manage and mentor a talented team of three, supporting their development and driving campaign excellence.

Your Profile

• At least 1 year's experience in a Senior Account Executive (SAE) role, with strong Meta Ads Manager expertise and experience managing substantial budgets.

• Proven team leadership, excellent stakeholder management and an analytical mindset, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

• Experience managing international campaigns; exposure to TikTok, Snapchat or Sprinklr is advantageous.
