Cleaning Assistant

To Work Monday to Friday 6am – 8:30am An exciting opportunity has arisen within Catering and Cleaning Services for a Cleaning Assistant to work at the above site. All varied cleaning duties are to be undertaken within the specified location. Experience is preferred but not essential as successful candidates will be supported through an induction training programme. From October 2016 Central Government will be introducing a new Code of Practice as part of the Government Immigration Bill, which specifies that all public sector workers in a “customer facing” role will have the necessary level of fluency in English appropriate for the role they will be undertaking. This includes social workers, teaching staff and assistants and council employees. This will require that a person working in a “Customer Facing” role can speak, listen and understand Basic English as a minimum.
