Parcel Sorter – AM Shift

Aligra are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Operative to join a busy afternoon shift team in Bicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling parcels and supporting the smooth flow of goods through the site.

You’ll be part of a team responsible for sorting parcels, loading and unloading vehicles, and keeping the warehouse organised and efficient throughout the night. Your duties will include

• Sorting parcels accurately and efficiently to meet dispatch deadlines
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and correctly
• Moving stock and parcels around the warehouse using manual handling methods
• Checking parcel labels, destinations and quantities
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy and compliant with site standards
• Working closely with team members to maintain a smooth overnight operation
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

What we’re looking for

• Previous warehouse, parcel sorting or logistics experience is preferred
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Good attention to detail and reliability
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
