Site Manager

Randstad Education is currently recruiting for an experienced Site manager for a long-term role based in Liverpool. Previous experience in a similar role is essential for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Site Security: Responsibility for the opening and closing of school premises, ensuring all areas are secure.

• Maintenance & Repairs: Carrying out essential DIY tasks and minor repairs, including basic plumbing, joinery, and painting.

• Health & Safety: Performing regular site inspections, fire alarm testing, and ensuring walkways are clear and safe.

• Grounds Upkeep: General maintenance of outdoor areas, including litter picking and seasonal tasks (e.g., gritting during winter).

• Contractor Liaison: Assisting external contractors during site visits and ensuring works are completed safely.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a School Site Manager or in a similar role
• Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply)
