A global service provider has an exciting new role within their UK depot administration support team.  This is the ideal role for someone passionate about supporting depots with all their administrative workload.

• Create Purchase orders on SAP and reconcile against delivery notes and invoices
• Respond and resolve all email requests and queries within the agreed SLA
• Admin support for the Depot Admin Manager, and other managers as required
• Generate customer reports
• Process sales and purchases through internal system with correct weights and prices
• Accurate upkeep of all customer data on internal system
• Check and administer staff clock-ins
• Match, check and process agency hours
• Process 3rd party invoices for payment
• Weigh vehicles in and out
• Produce daily reports in Excel
• Add/amend jobs in the internal system
• Check and confirm weights for completed jobs
