About the role
Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) | Billericay, Essex
£50,000 to £60,000 DOE
Hours: Full-time, predominantly office-based with occasional site visits across London.
Noble Recruiting are recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong electrical background to join an established company based on the outskirts of Billericay, Essex.
The Role
- Manage tenders, quotations, variations and project budgets.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical installations.
- Monitor project expenditure and identify potential cost overruns.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers and subcontractors.
- Manage contractual documentation, procurement and cost control.
- Attend occasional site visits to monitor project progress.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations, materials and construction projects.
- Experience managing tenders, budgets and project variations.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
