Salary up to £40,000 + uncapped commission

I’m working with a growing specialist recruitment business looking to hire experienced recruiters across delivery and 360 roles.

The business recruits across gas, electrical, renewables, social housing and wider engineering markets, working with established UK contractors.

They’re particularly interested in recruiters with experience in construction, engineering, M&E, energy, renewables, utilities or housing, but they will also consider strong recruiters from other sectors who are looking to move into a more active market.

The role operates on a dual-desk model, giving you the best of both worlds: the opportunity to develop a new specialist market while still using the recruitment skills and commercial experience you’ve already built.

You’ll also be joining a business where there is plenty already in place, including warm accounts, a large candidate database, in-house compliance and payroll support, and a structured career path.

What they’re looking for

You’ll already have experience within recruitment, ideally in an engineering, construction, M&E, renewables, energy, utilities or social housing market.

Sector experience isn’t essential. If you’re a good recruiter currently working in a quieter market and want to move into an area with stronger demand, they’re very open to having that conversation.

This could suit an experienced Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant or Principal Consultant, whether you enjoy running a full 360 desk or prefer to focus more heavily on candidate delivery.
