Receptionist (Part-Time)

At EKFB we’re shaping Infrastructure for a better tomorrow. All four of our partners (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.

We’re recruiting for a part - time Receptionist to join our project based at our Chipping Warden Office.

 This role is located in a remote location, and so we ask that candidates hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle to be able to get to work.   Working hours for this role are 07:30-13:00 Monday to Friday on site.

In this role you will be the face of EKFB and the main point of contact for the reception area for staff and visitors. We expect you to take responsibility of all tasks relating to the reception desk area - this will include the booking in of visitors, procurement of office consumables and management of supplies. We will expect you to manage the meeting room booking for this office as well as the Microsoft Teams management of these rooms.

You will provide support to the Office Manager and also the project management teams when required. We will also expect you to assist with the upload of documentation to our document management systems.
